  • Garam masala
  • Coriander leaf:
  • Chili powder: 1 teaspoon
  • Turmeric powder: 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder: 1 tsp
  • Garam masala: 1 spoon
  • Salt: taste flavor
  • Oil: 100g
  • Fennel leaf

NOTE- In order to be good for her gravy, we will put some coconut milk or coconut filings in it, which will change the whole test of curry. So here I am using coconut filings.

Method of making: –

  1. First, boil the egg and peel it and cut it slightly from the middle. So that the eggs do not flatten excess oil.
  2. Now put the pan on the pan and pour oil in it. Then add chili, turmeric, pepper, and salt to it.
  3. Then pour the egg in it and fry for a while. If you do not have a pan of nonstick, then you can make eggs in the Normal embroidery or pan. Or you can check.
  4. Now add a little bit of oil in a pan or pan, and after it is warmed, add cumin and a true hot.
  5. Then put the onion on it and roast till it becomes brown.
  6. Then add ginger, garlic paste, green chili, turmeric powder, chili powder, coriander leaves and roast it.
  7. Then add tomatoes and cook it for a while.
  8. When the tomatoes are well cooked, add water to it and make the gravy and cook it for 2 minutes.
  9. Now take the coconut mixture in a mixer jar and add some water to it and grind it.
  10. Then put it in the gravy.
  11. Now put a fried egg on it and cook it for a while.
  12. Now put the garam masala and coriander leaf in it, and our egg curry is ready.
  13. Now take it out in a serving bowl and heat it with hot roti, naan or rice.

suggestion:-

  • Before frying the egg, give it a little bit so that the mashas go inside.
  • Cook the torch well on medium flame.
  • By putting coconut in the gravy, its test is changed and you have four moons in your food.
