Essential Material – Ingredients for Shahi Paneer

  • Paneer – 500 grams (cut pieces of 3 cups)
  • Tomatoes – 5 Medium Shapes
  • Green chili – 2
  • Ginger – 1-inch long piece
  • Ghee or oil -2 tablespoon
  • Cumin – half a teaspoon
  • Turmeric powder – one quarter teaspoon
  • Coriander Powder – a little spoon
  • Red Chilli – Less than a quarter teaspoon
  • Cashews – 25-30 (2 tablespoons filled up)
  • Cream or cream – 100 grams (half cup)
  • Garam Masala – a quarter teaspoon
  • Salt – according to taste (3/4 teaspoons)
  • Green Coriander – 1 tablespoon (finely chopped)

Method – How to Make Shahi Paneer

Cut the paneer into square pieces. Put 1 tablespoon oil in nonstick embroidery and fry the cheese until it becomes light brown.

Soak cashew nuts for half an hour in water and grind them in a fine paste.

Make tomato, ginger and green chili paste by mixing it. Remove the paste and keep it in the cup. Take the cream in the mix also.

Put ghee or butter in the pan and heat it. Put cumin seeds in hot ghee. Add turmeric powder and coriander powder when cumin seeds are browned, fry them lightly and put tomato paste in this spice and fry it with a spoon. After roasting tomatoes, add cashew paste and cream and stir the spices with a spoon until they fry until the oil floats on the spices. Add as much water as you want to keep it thick or thin, as required by this spice. Add salt and red chilies and mix them.

However, after adding boil, add the pieces of paneer and cover it and let the vegetable cook for 3-4 minutes on a low flame, so that all the spices inside the paneer become saturated. The royal cheese is ready to cook. Turn the gas off. Add some green coriander and add green coriander and garam masala.
