- 8 Medium Zucchini
- 6 medium carrots
- 4 large tomatoes
- 12 medium mushrooms
- 4 garlic cloves
- 2 large cheese cubes

How to make stuffed zucchini recipe
- Step 1First peel off the thin layer above the zucchini and then cut it in the middle with the help of a knife. Take out the pulp inside it with a spoon and keep it on the side.
- Step 2Cut the mushrooms and carrots lengthwise into very thin pieces. Crush garlic and finely chop the onion. Crush the tomatoes and make the cheese great.
- Step 3Now pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Now place the frying pan on the medium flame on the gas and pour oil into it. Add chopped vegetables and zucchini pulp. After one or two minutes add tomatoes to it and let it cook well.
